Rain Workout As Raizo In “Ninja Assassin” Workout
Rain is the actor plaing Raize in Ninja Assassin. No doubt is he ripped and shredded like crazy. Daaaaamn I was impressed by his body in that movie. He has awesome “hollywood proportions” and ripped lean muscle all over… No doubt did it take a LOT OF HARD WORK to get the body Rain displays in Ninja Assassin.

[On training for 'Ninja Assassin'] I trained for six hours a day for six months. Five hours on martial arts and one hour on total body fitness. Their system is amazing. It’s not just about lifting weights and cutting out chocolate. It combines a re-growth diet and a lot of core strength building. It’s about the entire body, inside and out, not just single muscle building. It was hard, but it was incredibly rewarding.
So as we can see, it was no “silly workout” that takes a few minues to do… NOT AT ALL.. This was intense full-body work and lots of martial arts for HOURS and HOURS… But did he turn out looking awesome or not, ey?
Anybody would be lying if they said that he doesn’t look cut like a freakin’ hollywood super-trained freak in this movie. Awesome abs, great pecks and shoulders. Many bodybuilders would say that he has no mass and that he doesn’t look good or can lift a ton of weight, but guess what? This look is far more attractive for women, and harder to obtain!!
Anyway, we can all agree that he is on a “FAT LOSS PLAN” and probably used some supplements to get ripped. Well, he had to have built up muscle first, then lean up and probably built some more muscle when he was “skinny enough” to get the “shrink wrap effect” as explained in Visual Impact Muslce Building (The only “look like hollywood” program worth investing in).
Below is a video of the workouts he is performing and they are, as you an see, quite fun and challenging. Notice that some of this is can be in Korean,lol. The good thing is that “sweating” is universal and you’ll see what’s up =)
Like I mentioned before, there is no substitute for hard work and good nutrition. Those are the 2 basics that will get you ripped, but if you want a “Kick in the butt” you should get on a REAL workout program that isn’t some fancy gimmick. I am actually on this program myself right now and I’m loving it:
As you probably see, this is no easy task and is not about running forever or doing massive amounts of boring sit-ups. No, these celebrty workouts are focused, hard and intense, but they will give you a body to die for, no doubt. Rain in Ninjas Assassins workout plan was 6 hours per day… Most people don’t have that kind of time, but if you do, go for it! Good thing is you don’t need the 6 hours, but only the 1 hour of strength training and then a 15 minute HIIT session at the end to lose fat and get amazingly ripped. Even if you never reach Rain’s body, even half of that is awesome progress, wouldn’t you agree?
As you can see, he is pretty much working out the way I prescribe doing burpee’s and other full-body movements. I love Tabata Burpees and 16 minute 30/30 second burpees! They get your heart rate going and makes your whole body work and tone up like craaaazy. Trust me, this is insanely hard if you aren’t fit… It’s near impossible.
I literally had an “average-fit” person try my workout, and they managed 2 rounds out of 16. That tells you a lot about how hard it is… Anyway, if you want to get ripped like hollywood stars I recommend you try the Visual Impact Muscle Building porgram right now. I’m on it and it’s fun! It will let you get the abs you want, the shoulders and chest you want… That Hollywood angular look like Rain has in Ninja Assassin. I think his look and the outcome of this program are a perfect match, so that’s why I wanted to share this with you!

Randy Orton definintely has a very impressive body that many guys would die for, figuratively speaking. Randy Orton’s workout is hard and impressive in order to become a top WWE wrestler. He was born in 1980 and has since propelled to the top of the WWE as a famous wrestler. Randy is a massive moster at 6'4? tall and weighing in at 245 lbs, yet he sports an impressive lean and athletic “Hollywood look” most of the year. He is walking around with a six pack and ripped shoulders, arms and pecks. Very impressive body for many men.
Many women prefer this look over the “big bulky” bodybuilder look too.

Randy is no “monkey” when it comes to working out, he has a very detailed and specific plan and method to his workouts. He is methodical and knows what he as to do each workout… He’s not fooling around in the gym! He’s got impressive abs because of his 3-5 times per week ab workouts.
It is said that he uses a 5 day split for his weight training targeting various body parts each session. He also stretches and works out his forearms a lot for grip strength and athletic ability.

His diet is full of healthy protein and limited in carbs, other than healthy complex carbs that promote muscle building and fat loss. He is eating 1 gram of protein per day, making it very hard to consume 250 grams of protein from food sources alone he uses whey and other protein supplements to get his daily dose.
Randy Orton is a big sushi fan so he eats a lot of sushi making his diet clean and balanced. The sources of protein though food needs to be natural and clean such as egg whites, steak, fish, chicken, milk, and cottage cheese.
Lots of vegetables is also a criteria for getting a lean and ripped body like Randy Orton.
An awesome workout program that I’m currently working with is Visual Impact Muscle Building by Rusty Moore. I will quickly share some short info and fun facts about Taylor Lautner before getting into the workout he used for New Moon.
Lautner is young at the ripe age of only 18, since he was born in 1992, on February 12th. When Hollywood got a hold of Lautner for filming his role in Twilight: New Moon he was only 17 years old. Lautner had a thing for martial arts and used to train this long before adding muscle for this movie. He got a few black belt wins just to name a few other credentials. He’s a young actor, but started at the ripe age of 9 with classes.
The Director didn’t see Taylor Lautner as the natural choice for Jacob Black initially, but he changed his mind.
The problem was that he wasn’t muscular enough to become the warewolf role they had in mind. He was well suited for other parts of the film, but he needed more muscle to impose credibility to the audience.
Taylor had to quickly add serious amounts of muscle to his small frame, fast in order not to get kicked off his role.
But as we all see Taylor Lautner gained serious amounts of muscle before his role for New Moon as the warewolf Jacob Black. He made it… The sequel Eclipse is also out, but the interesting part of the Taylor Lautner workout routine was for the movie New Moon.
With the movie geared at girls and mostly all of them falling in love with his ripped abs and shredded muscle Taylor’s workout is probably one of the most sought after workout plans in hollywood, and will be for a long time. What you have to understand about Taylor Lautners routine is that he was slim to start off with and was going to have to do serious muscle building program to even get and keep the role…
He managed to gain an impressive 30 lbs of muscle in one year!
Since Lautner is a young guy in his 20’s he hadn’d yet maxed out his potential muscle gain and would still get “genetic benefit” from his young age. The age is a serious factor in release of testosterone and other “muscle growth” hormones.
He needed to lift for muscle GAIN, rather than fat loss, but the question remains…
What needs to be done isn’t the most complicated part of looking like Taylor Lautner. We all know that you need to train with weights and do your cardio as well as plan out a healthy diet. That’s nothing new, but what exactly did he do? If we look closer to Taylor Lautner’s training program we find that he had a special muscle building routine and diet.
The diet is extremely important when gaining or losing weight. Muscle for gaining and fat for losing.
How did he manage to gain 30 lbs of lean muscle in such short period of time? And more specifically, how can YOU do the same?
1. By eating EXCESS calories he was able to fuel the muscles with the extra calories and protein needed for muscle growth.
2. Between every “large meal” he probably ate a protein shake, protein snack and cottage cheese or slow acting protein right before bed.
Breakfast: Egg whites, a few whole eggs, and some oatmeal. With some orange juice.
Lunch: Albacore tuna or chicken with veggies and brown rice. You can replace those with turkey or ground beef.
Dinner: Broiled fish or chicken, brown rice, vegetables, and a salad.
This is an awesome muscle building diet… It is clean and well made.

Taylor has put out in an interview that he likes to begin his workouts with a light warm up, usually by running on the treadmill. He likes to use a lot of compound and body weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, dips, pull-ups, and lunges.

You need to have a really strong core, ie, big and tight abdominal muscles, as well as low body fat in order for them to show beneath the fat.
